Using blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT) to verify employee identity or CVs is not new.
However, the need for increased agility in employee scheduling and work experience tracking following the COVID-19 pandemic reinforces the potential value of these concepts and opens new avenues by which the technology can be leveraged in the enterprise.
